This guest house is located directly on the sea, in the popular village of S'Illot on the beautiful east coast of Mallorca. The pension was built in 1985, completely renovated in 2001 and partially modernized in 2016. On the ground floor plus 4 floors, the guest house has a floor space of 754 m². From almost all of the 15 lovingly, cozy and individually furnished rooms, you have a wonderful view directly on the sea. The 40 tourist places are divided into: 4 x double rooms with side sea view: balcony, bathroom with shower / WC 2 x Economic Double room without sea view: balcony to the courtyard, bathroom with shower / WC2 x Double room with sea view: balcony, bathroom with shower // WC, 2 x family room with sea view: balcony, living room with sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom with shower // WC Family room with 2 bedrooms and direct sea view: balcony, 2 bathrooms - one with Shower / WC - one with shower / WC, 2 bedrooms, conservatory 3 x Superior double room with sea view: balcony, sofa corner, large marble bathroom with shower / WC. The apartments and suites are equipped with a small kitchenette, which can be used to prepare cold snacks. The restaurant on the ground floor is currently not in operation, the appropriate license but available.
Sa Coma / S'Illot is situated on the beautiful east coast of Majorca and is a family-friendly, modern holiday resort, which is very popular with bathers, water sports enthusiasts and especially with families. Sa Coma / S'Illot offer a wide range of leisure activities, shops, restaurants and bars in the center as well as varied sports facilities in the immediate vicinity of the guesthouse. The beautifully designed and palm-lined beach promenade, which leads directly in front of the boarding house, is closed for car travel and invites you for a leisurely stroll as well as a stroll to Cala Millor or to the old fishing port in S'Illot, whose small boats you can watch fish from your balcony.
